Being a business owner, customer service is so important to me. From the moment I called M &D the owner was kind and extremely helpful. I wasn’t sure what I needed and was a bit worried because I’m a woman and we are always worried about getting taken advantage of. The owner explained to me the noise I was hearing was the front brake pads, not a complete brake job. The other place down the street told me that!! My pads were changed, and in an hour everything was done and I was on my way.
